We stayed here for two nights. It was just ok. Don't expect anything over the top considering how much you're paying. Breakfast is traditional Ecuadorian food. The hotel is close to all the downtown festivities and shops and is directly across the street from the city's main waterfall. We stayed here the weekend of Palm Sunday. The city was crazy with people, especially outside of the hotel. So, if you stay here that particular weekend, be prepared to be awakened very early (4am) in the morning with hundreds of people who have come to bath in the hot pools and waterfall.

Loved the beautiful room with kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the food fantastic. Awesome gym, with paddle courts, tennis and pickle ball. Fantastic to watch the Polo too. Loved the 3 Swimming pools.

Casa El Eden was perfect. They have thought of everything. The room was meticulously clean, the building is beautiful, but the best part was Mario and Blanca who made us feel like family the moment we walked through the door.
