This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at . The hotel is beautiful , rooms are spotless clean , bedding and towels are first class . Breakfast was included , incredible food and service .

Property was beautiful. Check-in was easy and the Front Desk associate, Guillermo, was super helpful. We asked lots of questions and recommendations and he assisted us with everything. The welcome drinks were lovely touch and breakfast was delicious!

Exceptional Stay at a Beautiful New Hotel

This beautiful, brand-new hotel is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it a perfect location for exploring the area. Despite its central location, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, with few other guests during our stay. The service was outstanding—every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We’ll definitely be returning!

We had such an incredible stay in this hotel!! The staff was perfect!!! Alfonso the concierge was the absolute best!! The room we stayed in was the absolute best!! We had the best rest of our lives. The bathroom and shower were amazing and the plunge pool was a highlight of our whole trip to Mérida!!

The hotel had only been open for 3 months so it was not full. The staff was attentive and very friendly. The room was very comfortable and well-decorated. They had a great bar and a nice little restaurant that served breakfast and lunch. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops and the city of Merida is very safe.

We really enjoyed our 7 night stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Merida. The hotel was perfectly appointed and decorated, it was so luxurious we felt like we were staying in our own hacienda with wonderful staff to take care of all our needs. Breakfast was exceptional, many options to choose from and was part of our VIP package through booking with Expedia. We stayed in a beautiful room opening up to the pool and had our own plunge pool off our bathroom. Both wonderful to cool off in after a day off exploring Merida. The bartender was fabulous and helped to educate us on tequila and Mezcal. The hotel location offered beautiful and exquisite restaurants and shops within easy walking distance from the Adoro. We did a lot of tours booked through Trip Advisor and they were great and allowed us to explore all around Merida. Would recommend the Adoro Hotel for a romantic getaway. We will be back. Thank you!

Don’t hesitate… book this property! Gorgeous boutique hotel. We only stayed one night and will definitely visit again when in Merida. Everything was absolutely perfect including the room which had a private plunge pool. Breakfast was delicious, we were treated like VIP at front desk check in. I loved the attention to all the senses - a very aesthetic stay. Very clean, elevated design, lovely toiletries and amenities in room, secure off-site parking, modern gym. The new Gastronomic corridor street with trendy high end restaurants is only 1 block away. Thank you for a perfect stay.

I recently stayed here for 5 days and it was the perfect way to relax in a beautiful setting. The staff are so kind and hard-working, the grounds are immaculate and clean, and the meals were delicious. I enjoyed both the larger pool and the private plunge pool, as well as the little touches in the room that made it feel so luxe yet comfortable. The location is fantastic too. You can walk to just about anywhere in the city and come back to a quiet, calm retreat. I would not hesitate to return and to recommend Adoro to others. Gracias, Adoro!

La habitación muy bonita pero la atención con los huéspedes en mi caso pésima no sé si como no somos artistas no tenemos esa atención, en el desayuno esperamos más de 1hr por un platillo olvidado, tuvimos que mover silla y mesa para acomodarnos. Ordenamos a la habitación y mucho tiempo de espera y cuenta elevada de alimentos que no consumimos.
