Very basic room. Only one nightstand The bed was like plywood. A/C on or off no setting a temp. No chairs in room. Never any water in toilet. Leftovers in fridge when we arrived. Had to ask to have room cleaned. Shower head leaking all over. Staff very friendly.

Desafortunadamente tuvimos problemas con las llaves de las puertas al llegar a nuestro hotel, lo que restó puntos a la experiencia. Al otro día nadie nos dijo que el desayuno solo era para dos personas, cuando llegamos 3 y se reservó para 3, en cuanto pregunté al respecto qué pasaba me dijeron que solo era para dos personas, pero jamás me ofrecieron alguna solución; eso deja mucho que desear. Tampoco se nos mencionó que el desayuno era en un restaurante a dos cuadras del hotel, y que teníamos que esperar a que lo prepararan. Desafortunadamente tuvimos que irnos sin desayunar porque tardaron más de 25 minutos en prepararlo. No creo que esto esté mal, al contrario, aunque en la reserva decía que el desayuno era continental, se agradece que fuera un desayuno más completo, pero creo que lo que falta es comunicación desde el personal del hotel al huésped, eso siempre marcará la diferencia. La experiencia al usuario podría ser fantástica porque tienen un hotel fantástico y las chicas fueron súper amables, únicamente fueron estos incidentes los que restaron experiencia. Aún así volvería porque es muy cómodo y el amanecer frente a la playa es lo máximo!

La alberca estaba en mantenimiento pero comentaron que a finales de mes estará lista, ojalá que si, porque tengo muchas ganas de regresar. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y el personal fue muy atento y amable. Sin duda, me volveré a quedar ahí.

El que ofrecen estacionamiento es una MENTIRA, no lo hay. Lo dejas el auto en la calle y es misión imposible encontrar lugar en temporada alta. No nos realizaron la limpieza de la habitación. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.
