"Parking was easy and felt safe. Room looked good. Mattress sank pretty deep when sat on, but overall we slept ok. A towel looked a little dingy, but we did not shower so did not need to use the towels. Tv worked well. Plugs to charge devices on lamps would be good. We had to hunt for plugs to use. Bathroom was modest with just enough space. "

"The staff was awesome. I travel for work and had to book a 2nd night because of weather. I mistakenly booked the second night at the wrong hotel. Staff worked with me to help me resolve my issue.
