Great breakfast and friendly staff. The gym was adequate but could do with pull up / dip frame. The concierge (I think Lazaro was his name) was very helpful as was Jose on reception.

LaiLa Hotel CDMX
Poor hygiene. Our bed hadn’t been changed. There were hairs everywhere, particularly when we pulled back the duvet. We complained. The lady changed the bedding but placed the disgusting bedding on top of my suitcase. I had to clean it myself afterwards. At breakfast we asked for tea a few times. ...
