Room was amazingly clean but the balcony had cigarette butts and cigar butts on the outside stick in the crease of the brick wall and the rail of the balcony just disturbing with the price we paid. Also I paid for early check in to check in at 12 and my room was not ready and I had to wait hours to check in that’s very unacceptable like why even present a early check in area if it’s not gonna be available to guest. My rating is a 3 star and I will not be back. I also have the pictures of the balcony mess.

You really cant beat the location if you plan to stay in Brickell. The views are amazing. Everything is walkable i.e. grabbing coffee and a croissant at the local foodtruck next door with an amazing view or walking to city centres high end shopping or grabbing dinner at any of the hundreds of awesome restaurants. I highly recommend this spot to stay.
