"Beware if you book this unit. Canandaigua had historic flooding from a storm on Sunday July 9th. We arrived at this property, 4 days later, on Thursday July 13th. On our arrival the front desk did not have a record of us and we had not heard from the owner on access to the unit we reserved. Once we told them we booked from VRBO they said they were informed that some units on the upper floors weren’t available, but they did not know the reason, as they are independently owned.
