“This farmhouse is old with rustic charm. The owners did a well job of fixing up the place. It was a perfect stay for our family and friends. However, the farmhouse is extremely close to a main road that the speed limit is 55 MPH, if you have litte ones”

“Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot.”

“This was a nice old farmhouse. It brought back memories of my parent’s farmhouse. The 2 bathrooms were very nice. One with a shower and one with a deep tub. There was air conditioning in 2 upstairs bedrooms and the downstairs family room. It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the remaining 2 upstairs bedrooms. It had a great kitchen with all the tools needed to make meals. The front porch was definitely a highlight of the property!! We would stay there again.”

“The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

“We stayed for a full week while our son played at Cooperstown. The location is A+. Property is well maintained with a beautiful setting for wildlife. Kids can run around outside, watch movies inside and kitchen is large with nice appliances. House was clean and very comfortable. Beds are nice with good linrns.
