“We stayed here with our dog while our son was in Cooperstown for baseball. This was everything we wanted. Our hosts were wonderful, the location is beautiful, our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. The outdoor shower was amazing. We really enjoyed visiting with the animals on the farm. Fantastic experience all around. ”

“was wonderful. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could need, and in a beautiful area. We love the quiet, the comfort, and the very responsive owner. Already thinking about visiting again soon. Highly recommended!”

“The excellent reviews and the photos of the cabin are all accurate, the cabin is great. I found the location to be great, far enough from the busier areas around the park but close enough, 20 mins or so, to go back and forth a couple times a day if needed. Would have been nice to use the parking behind the cabin (especially when moving in and out w bags/luggage) as there are certainly a lot of stairs from the road to the cabin and going from the lake to the cabin is a workout, but it’s worth……

“We had a wonderful stay! The location was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful scenery—exactly what we were hoping for. We spent most of our time out on the water using the provided kayaks, while the kids had a blast swimming. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors.The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. “This place is incredible. Every single detail was thought over. We especially appreciated the guide book for local sites and eating. This was a last minute find for us for a baseball tournament after another place fell through and let me tell you how happy I am that it happened the way it did. Even for being a tiny home, there was plenty of room for our family of 5. It had everything we could have needed and it was SO CLEAN! We cannot recommend this property enough. Now, we are going home to……
