"The property is conveniently located to nearby areas of interest, well maintained. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. They had a cute little setup at the entrance with coffee, beverages and snacks. Parking was convenient. Only complaint is that the insulation doesn’t reduce sound, it is easy to hear people walking through halls and upstairs. "

"Lovely clean hotel in a gorgeous location with stunning views. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I had to add an extra night before I arrived and the staff made sure I stayed in the same room throughout my stay so I wouldn’t have to move (even though I accidentally booked the wrong room type!) There is a small shop area with drinks and snacks, open 24 hours, which was really useful. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety. Although could do with more vegetarian / vegan options. Shout out to the cleaners because the whole hotel was spotless! It’s situated on a lot with a McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Cafe, Liquor Store, Grand Union Market and other shops which are surrounded by beautiful views. If you really wanted to, you could spend your whole stay there. It was also really good value for money and one of the cheapest hotels in the area. Would recommend and would stay at Best Western again if I’m ever in Cooperstown. Thank you :)"
