"We checked in late at night and the staff was cheerful, friendly, and helpful! So nice to see a smile when you’re tired. Room was perfect, tv huge, great shower water pressure, comfy beds, and clean. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, yogurt dispenser with topping, apples, bananas, several juice options, milk, toast, cinnamon rolls….. great!! I love the room roll down blinds instead of curtains. We’ll stop again if close by "

"The house was inviting and open with all the amenities that you would ask for. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just far away from town but close enough. There were groceries shopping and restaurants nearby and it was also in close proximity to Lake Fork.We fished like Holbrook as well as lake Fork and both are great Bass Lakes. There is a boat ramp for Lake Holbrook that is about five minutes away and you don’t get on any major highway. We probably saw about an average of four boats on that lake each trip out.It is likely we will stay here again "
