"This cabin is very cute and was very clean. Almost everything we needed was provided at the home and we appreciated so much wood for the firepit, which we used constantly due to how cold it was. Had to pick up charcoal, but it was an easy 15 minute drive to town for this. Sadly, the staircase to the lake is not described well enough. "This was a 5-day, large family, vacation. There were a few minor issues, but nothing we couldn't overcome. We absolutely loved the location. There were a couple of days that we didn't even leave the property. The mosquitos were horribly, horribly bad! We went through a lot of insect spray and tiki torch fuel, but we were prepared for them. Thanks, Lisa"

"The cabin was perfect venue for our stay at Gore Mountain. The home was extremely clean with no detail left unturned, including gift baskets in the bathrooms and complementary wine for new visitors. The property was just private enough and perfect for our furry baby who enjoyed the woods every day. The owners were very responsive, and we would love to be able to stay at the cabin again in the future."

"Overall, our stay was exactly what we wanted. One thing to note is that the service around the property is nonexistent so keep that in mind if that's important to you. Wifi is available at the property but it can be difficult when there are more than a few people trying to connect. "We had a large group of 18 with age ranges from 6 months to 85. This property was perfect and had something for everyone. The location was easy to find and absolutely gorgeous. The property had plenty of water toys, the game room was great! Could not have asked for a better host, so attentive with and a Great personality. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Tents were great. Spacious, with wonderful porches, pastoral views, warm down comforters. The electric fireplace heater was a nice touch but didn't cut the cold once out of the bed! "Cabin was extremely clean. Had everything you would want at your fingertips. Loved the compact kitchen with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The bathroom shower had good water pressure & plenty of hot water. Cabin bed was very comfortable & plenty of blankets. Only small disappointment the kindling wood to use in the firepit was too wet to start a fire. Maybe an outside box to cover the wood to keep it dry would help."

"I would rent this many more times! This was a perfect getaway, the use of the boats were so fun for my kids and I. I loved that it was a home away from home. The host was quick to respond and the property is beautiful! I didn't want to leave, but i look forward to renting this again over the summer and taking my kids here.
