5/5 Excellent
"Nice location, Mt. Fuji can be seen at the back of the hotel. Enjoyed the onsen. A lot of dining options around the area. It also has a restaurant inside the hotel. "
"The room was fabulous. Service staff are very friendly. There are a lot of activities to do in the hotel. Living close to nature.
The only downside is that it is not near the train station, you have to call the hotel to get someone to fetch you (Limit 6pm). Additionally, there aren't a lot of shops around but everything can be found in the hotel itself."

"Great location, nice view of fuji-san, nice garden and trail at the back, nice breakfast with a lot of choice. The fact the rooms had some older furniture was fine since it was according to price. Easier control of hot water in the shower would be better."
