“酒店服務很好，員工外語水平高、設施新及舒適。 晚餐份量足夠，味道中規中矩，沒有太大驚喜，但整體也算是不錯的。 浴場大、風景好且人流不多。 雖然房價對比附近的旅館高些，但住宿舒適度值是物有所值的”

“這次的住宿體驗非常的好，入住時間剛好遇到了下雪，但屋內暖氣、地暖、空調常開，一點都不覺得晚上寒冷。 安靜的環境，走路不用幾分鐘就可以到湖邊拍照。 事後才知道，因為住宿期間遇上下雪，老闆還很貼心的提前聯系我們，可惜因為我們是外國旅客，所以沒有聯絡到。 ”

“房間大, 但供泊車的車位只有十個左右. 要上一條小斜坡才能到酒店. 酒店旁邊是纜車站. 遇上河口湖煙火祭, 房間可直接看到煙花, 太美了. 但酒店附近沒什麼用餐地方.”
