The only good things about this hotel is the customer service, and Netflix included, and the climate control made the room comfortable. The room is clean but everything else is lower than expected such as the bathroom is broken tiles everywhere. The un pleasant smell from the carpet carry through from the hall way to the room. The noise from the tap so loud, the room not well insulated you can hear noise when people talking in the hallway or room next door, and the busy road noise.

We had a great stay, the location was convenient and great facilities. We particularly thought it was great they had washer/dryer on each floor for the guests.
