“We had a fantastic time at this well maintained and beautifully decorated beach house. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows (for those who sleep with more than one). Well stocked home provided everything we needed. It’s just a short walk to beach access. The golf carts and bikes make it easy to get around town. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location of this property is great and to have a golf cart with bikes really helped our big group. The only downfall were the things that needed to be fixed around the house. We travel and stay at a lot of properties and this one needs a little work. Other than that we had a great time. The Beachwalk Property did step up when we had an issue with the air conditioner, they had someone out to fix within about 2 hours and it did get fixed.”

“Gorgeous condo and resort! This condo was spotlessly cleaned, beautifully decorated and we loved the location! Only negative was porch looked out over parking lot but still a lovely porch! This resort is hands down a 5 star but we were disappointed that the pool located in the Luau didn't have it's heater on when we arrived. It was turned on about a week into our stay. I would assume it would have been on all through the winter months. Hands down would stay here again! We loved it!”

“Nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, located on the second floor. Very well maintained. The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk, many swimming pools and activities to do on site such as fishing, golf and biking. Unfortunately the internal parking lot is not big enough and when leaving at night I had to park outside about 5 minutes from the building. The area is very safe. It took me a little while to get to the location the first time, I called the hoster and she gave me more...

“Beautiful condo! We so appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with spices, cooking spray…just some of the many details that made the stay so easy. The golf cart was a must - never had to get in our car. Sandestin is wonderful. I’m a picky renter and it was one of the best we’ve stayed at.”
