“Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. Each room comes equipped with everything you need to make green tea and wake up with the sun. The 6th floor restaurant boasts views of Mount Fuji on a clear day……

“網站上有說明附加早餐，到了旅館才說沒有，旅館說這個是網站疏失旅館沒有辦法管理，請我們旅客自己網路反應，這一點非常令人不愉快。我們還是自己加錢體驗了早餐一人1100日幣，老旅館維護非常良好，人員也都很親切熱心，如果想體驗可以試試看，但是住習慣一般飯店可能要在考慮一下，樓下有男女分開的風呂還有一間可以家人或情侶一起洗的風呂。廁所跟盥洗都在外面，也還算是很方便。整體感覺還是滿值得推薦的地方。”
