There are questionable characters that hang around the property. We checked in and upon entering our room we were hit with an awful odor. The room was tiny and not even close to what is pictured in their ads. There was dirt on the floor and hair on the pillow. We immediately left and demanded a full refund. They must know how disgusting their facility is because she did not argue and did process the refund. Smelt like cigarette ls in the room.
