"Requested a twin room, given a double. Then told no other rooms available, so they set up a camp bed!!!!. Once in the room a generator started right next to the room. When I complained about the noise level they found another room, interesting considering I was told there were no other rooms available! It turned out OK in the end, but the hotel is very focused on their American clients, but cant really say I felt valued as a customer. "
