Extra towels, on site washer/dryer, fire pit, plenty of throw blankets and extra linen...we've stayed in places with far less that cost far more. “We were in town for the Indy 500. This was convenient to the airport/ shuttles to IMS. Only about 30 minutes! The cabin was quiet and comfortable, including the beds. The neighbors were nice. It has all the modern amenities needed and a nice view of the lake. We stayed over Memorial Weekend and listened to eagles, ducks, geese and watched the fish jump. We had 3 teenagers and 2 adults. ”

“This was a quick 2 night stay for a wedding at a nearby venue. The basement had games, plenty of TVs, the hot tub was used by two in our party and they enjoyed it. Deer on the property the last morning. Everyone was happy with the comfort of the beds, and all were happy for three full bathrooms. It seemed much larger than the listed square footage. ”

“Four siblings stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend and Indy 500 attendance. The cabin was extremely clean and a gem hidden in the woods on 16 acres. It was about a 40-minute drive to the speedway -- very easy since the cabin is close to I-69. Even though it's close to the interstate, you'd never know it from the cabin property. “We stayed one night on our way out of Indy visiting friends. It was cozy and had everything we needed. We would love to plan a summer trip where family members can rent out other cabins and take advantage of the kayaking and outdoor area. “Really great old cabin that offers privacy and seclusion. Your own personal lake with great fishing (we caught bass and blue gills, but also saw massive carp). Good communication from Hills O'Brown rental company. Property as described. Two things that would make this property better are better lighting inside the cabin (it's very dark) and WiFi (cell service is almost non-existent).Will definitely be renting again! The kids loved it.”
