Our only complaint was that the guest that checked out the day we were checking in must have left a big mess which host did message about but not until right when we were supposed to check in. She let us know we would need to check in late which was beyond her control but the last minute communication was slightly inconvenient. There was also no paper……

“The VRBO was very clean and updated. The host was great at communicating and very prompt at responding when I had questions. It would be difficult to sleep seven adults with current beds. Plan to drive everywhere. It is not within reasonable walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. By car, downtown Indianapolis is easily around 5-10 minutes.”

“I struggle leaving reviews but felt this was needed:This vacation rental has a lot of potential because the location is excellent. It's right in the heart of downtown in a beautiful historic building, with several great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The floors had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and the silverware, dishes, and glasses didn't appear clean, so I ended up washing everything……
