Food poisoning!
Be careful with room service here.
Ordered room service as my only meal on check-in night. Woke up at 2:04 AM with stomach pain, and by 3:20 AM I threw up everything — violently sick for about two hours. No other food eaten, so the room service meal was the clear cause.
