The hotel was great, staff very helpful. My only recommendation if not already in place in preventive maintenence in the guest rooms, there were a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, the main one for safety and security is the fact that the guest room door was not self closing. It closed to the frame then we had to push it closed. For housekeeping just attention to details on the walls mainly around the sink. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The only complaint from anyone in our group was that the bar music (bar is in the lobby) was very loud and not turned down overnight when he had to go to the tuck shop, or even at check out. The place was gorgeous and the staff superb and super friendly.

The utilization of the space in the rooms was very pleasing. We stayed for two nights and did not bring suitcases into the room. Not sure if there would’ve been enough room for clothes, etc. if we had done this. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Nice, clean hotel with super comfortable beds. Not an ideal washroom lighting setup (no separate toilet/shower room light) so you have to light up half room to use the washroom at night. Not being able to control the temperature and fan blasting cold air on one bed might not be ideal for some. We asked for a baggage cart when checking in and were told it was a ‘luggage’ cart and some other guest had not returned it so they didn’t know where it was :/

Room was nice. Bathroom area could use more attention for cleanliness. Could have been cleaned better. Had to get a new hair dryer as one in room was covered in spilled food, garbage. Looked like fecal matter on toilet, when first arrived. Had to clean ourselves so we could use the toilet.
