“Room was fine. Clothes closet is awkward and small. Shower wall has clouded glass in the bedroom and shines light into bedroom when on. Wall seem thin and sounds could be heard between bedroom and bathroom.”

“Room was spacious and everything was very clean, lots of towels and pillows. Thankfully they had some tioletries at feont desk too cause airplane in toronto lost my luggage.”

“The hotel is old and the accessible room is not clean. There is no water boiler in the room and the buffet bar did not offer cold water. ”

“House keeping picked dirty towels up off the floor and put them back on the counter for us to use as if they were clean. I know they did this be abuse one of them was dirty to start with and then I saw it back up on the counter the next day. So I do not recommend. Dirty habits. Nice room though with the small kitchen and fridge for food. Nothin g to do at the hotel or around the hotel. No amenities at all. ”

“We were absolutely shocked that after paying in full for our accessible room for one night stay we were handed a bill in the morning to pay $8 for overnight parking. We were parked in an acessible space overnight, this property has recently made a policy that all paying guests are charged in addition for parking. It’s absolutely disgusting. We are extremely disappointed with our experience with Holiday Inn. It’s nickel and diming paying customers. We will never give any of our business to Vaughn……

“我住了4晚，第一天竟然沒有人來收拾房間，垃圾沒有清理毛巾也一条都沒有幫我們更換，晚上回來打電話去housekeeping 也沒有人拿毛巾給我們，直到第二天早上我到前枱讲了才來收拾，床也太軟了，睡下去感覺有東西咬，很痒，其他的都沒什麼了設備好齐，早餐也很豐盛，地點位置一般般。”

“The hotel was dated. Thought it would be nice, but the furniture looked old. Inconvenience to have to keep running to front lobby to get the key card fixed. Stayed there for 5 days. Not enough lobby buggies to move luggage. breakfast menu not the greatest. They had bacon there for the one day. All in all, wouldn't stay there again. Only 2 elevators and waiting times”

“Great Location with lots of eateries in walking distance. Nice amenities in the hotel. We stayed in a large suite, that had a full size kitchens. Great for families. ”
