The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). I saw a lot of people complain about the hotel being “outdated”, but in a former USSR country, I found it gives it some character. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had an early flight so we weee only able to use the early breakfast. It was nice that they provided it but they did not replenish it so there was nothing left after a short time. The room was sparse. No tissues at all. Floors were not as clean as we’d like. Airport shuttle was easy and efficient. They do not help with putting luggage in van, FYI.

We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend!

Really lovely hotel but ski hire staff incredibly rude, rooms on the front of the hotel very noisy and slope view doesn’t always mean slope view as I was told to go onto my balcony and look left to see the slopes 🙄 view from room was dirty rooftops and messy car parks.

Nice hotel and clean. Quite a bit out of the main town so if you dont have a car its a long walk there / back. Rooms were very loud, could hear people talking all night and hear doors banginfg etc. Also our room on the second floor had a constant whirring noise like from a large pipe or boiler or ...
