Modern hotel. Best location.

Best location, Modern, well planned, good amenities, very quite (very good soundproofing). Excellent shower, good coffee and good staff. I strongly recommend this hotel for value for money.

The first man at reception was not very friendly or welcoming. The girls after that were all helpful and nice. The room was excepcionally small, but the bathroom was up to date and clean, the hairdryer didn't work so I advised the reception. My fault that I didn't check the lack of parking, you can only park outside between 14 and 7 in the morning, but the hotel recommended a park house nearby where you get a discount. Breakfast was very spartan, only one sort of tea and coffee. the bistro was quite convenient

The worst hotel experience ever!!

The Air conditioning in my room did not work in the first two days. Despite telling the staff, they were not able to move me to another room untill the third day. I did not receive any compensation for not having proper room structure in the firsr days, then sleeping poorly. It was my first time in Uruguay and the hotel gave me the worst experience possible. To top it off, during the third day i got stuck in the hotel elevador with my husband and it took more than 20 minutes for someone to arrive and take us from there. It was extremelly traumatizing and i feared for my life and, again, I did not receive any compensation or an appology from the hotel. That was bizarre! I do not recommend this hotel.

Localização excelente, café da manhã ok, mas sem variedade, bolos secos e 2 tipos de pães, tivemos que pedir para trocar os travesseiros , super altos, trocaram, quarto apertadinho, sem secador de cabelo!

Buena atención,ubicación, precio y servicios. El desayuno no es espectacular, pero muy aceptable para estar incluido por defecto en todas las reservas. Lo mismo con el gimnasio. Habitaciones algo mejores que en los hoteles IBIS de nivel budget.

Ótima estadia. A TV travou duas vezes (parece que era interferência do sinal), mas a atendente solucionou rapidamente em ambos os casos. De ruim, as paredes que parecem ser muito finas e se ouvia perfeitamente os diálogos do casal ao lado e a ausência da placa - não ser incomodado/limpar o quarto.
