“In general is okay apart from the radiator and the hot water supply was not working properly. ”

“The top floor room I had was just perfect for my 2 night stay. It was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely linens and soft towels. A great place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The house is very quiet (apart from the Seagulls lol!) and you’ll receive a very warm welcome. It’s close to the seafront and a 15 minute walk from the railway and bus station. Tea and Coffee provided and I was thrilled to find a Gideon in the nightstand. ”

“Alicia and Clive were the perfect hosts. Breakfast was superb and nice options offered for Evening Meal. “A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”
