“Excellent property. Everything feels new - solid wooden internal doors, downstairs wet room, spacious kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors to patio and garden...We were 4 couples and thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights. It's about a 10 min walk to the town. You need to cross the road to get to a path - as it's on a bend visibility isn't great so it can be a bit hairy - if you're planning on staying with kids you'll need to be extra careful. Overall I highly recommend this property.”

“The property is in a lovely location but would benefit from a little TLC, we found it somewhat musty. But it was ok for the price, and the owner was great with communication and left us a nice welcome gift.”

“Absolutely fantastic half term family holiday! We returned to The Esplanade Hotel again and wow it's still so wonderful, perched on the golden sands of Fistral, the beach certainly is your playground! From the moment we arrived to when we sadly had to leave everything was perfect - spotlessly clean throughout, great swimming pool, delicious food to include a highly recommended afternoon tea, wonderfully furnished bedrooms with beautiful sea views and the highlight being outstanding service……
