- Ocean Oasis is a premier oceanfront property with over 3,000 square feet of living space, also featuring a private pool and elevator (elevator access is limited to the 1st floor interior only). Ideally located just a short walk from the Garden City Pier. Relax in the shade on one of the two covered porches while enjoying the unlimited views of the Atlantic Ocean. There's plenty of room for the entire family with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, and a large open floorplan. Every bedroom offers a TV and full bathroom. The two upstairs master bedrooms share a private covered porch with unparalleled ocean views. Other features include a breakfast bar, wet bar, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, sundeck, outdoor shower, private beach access walkway, covered parking, and much more. This house has it all as you can quickly jump from the beach to a private pool and then take a short walk to the pier for more fun. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.
