I was traveling on July 15 and the only good thing that this hotel has are the super attentive and very friendly employees, we had to ask them to change our room because the one we had was horrible, the air didn't work, the musty smell was too strong, the floor was all full of water, the walls liquefying water, the bathroom had never been washed it, apparently since the hotel opened, and the towels and sheets, don't even say horrible, the super disappointed cleanliness was not what we expected, I got carried away by comments that I saw from the photos and in reality, when you arrive, it's the opposite of what we imagine, it's a place that doesn't matter to them, and they don't care and the food wasn't the best and went to few-star hotels and it has much more cleanliness, it's something for, it's something you's paying and it's to feel comfortable Not unpleasant for me it is a place that I do not recommend I got carried away by the comments and everything was the opposite and we were not the only ones who were disappointed the first night they didn't even let me in simply because I was in a short suit which they do not have a dress code and I was not the only person who did not let in total disappointment with the facilities all included and I had to go out to get food and drink never because even the sodas had a bad smell just like desserts.
