"I honestly wasn’t expecting so much but I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with an hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms was clean and comfortable , the breakfast was delicious and healthy and the room was spotless. I asked for an upgrade to the river view room and also early check in and they obliged. The only thing I needed but wasn’t there was iron for my clothes but other than that , my room had everything I needed. Honestly don’t hesitate to book this place!"

"Fab location by rossio metro and 28 and 15 tram routes. Spacious room, with huge bathroom, comfy bed and a complementary drink of ginja. Very helpful reception team. Brilliant breakfast with lots of choice and omelettes to order. Only critique is the hot drinks; teabag brand poor quality and tasteless, as were the various coffees we tried…this was consistently bad throughout our stay. Hotel should defo consider switching brands and/or hot drinks machine as this doesn’t match the rest of our excellent experience. Other than this, thoroughly recommend this place. Wonderful stay! "
