"I honestly wasn’t expecting so much but I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with an hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms was clean and comfortable , the breakfast was delicious and healthy and the room was spotless. I asked for an upgrade to the river view room and also early check in and they obliged. The only thing I needed but wasn’t there was iron for my clothes but other than that , my room had everything I needed. Honestly don’t hesitate to book this place!"

"Absolutely LOVED this hotel from location to service to room, all 11/10! The check in process was seamless and Sara at the front desk was amazing. Rueben was a fantastic bartender and made us feel so welcome for our first time in Lisbon. We were celebrating my mother’s bday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it extra special. Beds were super comfy and room was fairly spacious for a European hotel and had a king bed. Highly recommend this hotel to stay again or to anyone in Lisbon!"
