"Overall it is a functional enough space in a decent area. If you’re looking for just a place to crash while you’re out exploring Lisbon it’s a reasonable option. Pros: pretty clean, location is decent (Alfama is pretty and you can access all the other areas in Lisbon easily as you’re on the tram line, our room was very quiet despite being on a Main Street) Cons: not very comfortable in any regard (kind of like furniture was all chosen to look stylish without thought for its actual use), wifi is terrible, outlets are sparse (very difficult if you have a baby monitor or anything that needs to be plugged in a decent amount of time), there are signs everywhere about what you are not supposed to do and the fines you’ll get if you do it (not exactly a welcoming customer-first vibe)"

"The staff was great!!! The hallways were very hot (no ventilation or AC). The bedroom looked old and our door was dirty inside. No hand towels. The toilet flush button kept sticking every time, leaving the water running until we lifted the top to get it unstuck to allow the tank to fill up."
