"We have been visiting St George for 30 plus years and this one of our favorites! Everything about this house and its offerings is accurate. We have an active family and all the little extras were a bonus. We had great timely communication from the owner who wanted feedback. The pool area was our favorite when we were not on the beach as it offered a combination of sun and shade. We will rent again! "

"This is an extremely nice property. The food at Crooked River Grill is absolutely delicious with no skimping on quality ingredients. We didn’t play golf but the course looks very nice. There are some renovations being done to the main pool bathrooms, The fitness facility is a separate cottage and is well appointed. Our condo was spacious and had great views of the pond and golf course. Beds were comfortable and we loved the space. It was certainly functional but there is only minimal interior design. A lot more thought should be given to that and that would take this property to a whole new level. It is extremely nice and functional as is, but some minor details are overlooked that should not be. I highly recommend renting this property!"

"This was one of the most well-appointed homes we’ve ever rented! We had 3 couples and 1 single adult with us and everyone has their own restroom and comfy bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several family meals. We really enjoyed the pool and grill area as well. This was our first time on the east end and we loved how quiet it was but still a quick golf cart ride to center of the island. 10 out of 10!"

"Had to call about 20 minutes before check in time to get the check in info. Person who answered was nice, but I shouldn’t have to call in for that info. When we checked in there was a yellow stain on the comforter, trash in one of the rooms and a very loose floor in the front left bedroom when you first come in the house."

"Just returned home from our first trip to St George and had a great time. The layout of the house was perfect for our family 6 adults and 3 small children. The elevator was a lifesaver. The kitchen very well stocked. Glad we realized the grill was charcoal in advance but used it for dinner two nights with no issue. The picnic table and outside shower and bathroom were amazing. The distance to the beach perfect and the location was quiet and convenient. The house is ready for a deeper cleaning and some minor repairs but I would recommend it to any family headed for vacation. The furniture and beds are nice and the washer/dryer large. The house has a/c on both floors allowing for comfort and different settings on both levels. I would rent this house again. "

"This home was the perfect place for us—two adults, two kids, and one happy dog! It had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing, stress-free stay. The beach is just across the road, and the boardwalk has a ramp that goes all the way down to the sand, which made it super easy to pull our wagon full of beach gear.The outdoor shower right by the pool entrance was a huge plus! It made cleaning off after beach days so convenient—we rinsed off our dog, fishing rods, and beach chairs every day. I also loved the location of our room right next to the pool. It felt more private and peaceful, without people constantly walking by or hanging out right next to us.Having a washer and dryer available was a game-changer. I like to keep everything clean and fresh when we travel, and this made it easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire home was clean, tidy, and well cared for.They even provided thoughtful touches for our dog—food and water bowls, and a cozy couch blanket just for him. Plus, the location is great—just a short drive to all the best restaurants and local spots.This place was so perfect for us, I honestly don't know if we’d want to stay anywhere else next time!A couple of small suggestions that could make future stays even better: providing black washcloths specifically for makeup removal would be a thoughtful touch, and a few extra trash bags would be helpful for guests staying longer. "

"Wanted to like it. Location (across road from the beach) and the pool (not huge but nice for cooling off) were pluses. Unfortunately, the property appears to have no personal owner to care for it -- looks and feels like an old, bare-bones rental property. Some surface remodeling but house is in rough shape: broken/rotten wood, broken master bath floor tiles (was covered with rug but unstable underfoot), rusty protruding nails on outdoor steps/upper deck, broken gates to upper deck & pool, dirty old patio & pool furniture. We didn't bother the manager on these issues because significant renovation work would be required to fix these things -- when there's no tenant/ occupant. But not child-friendly, and watch your step. We had several roaches (it's Florida, and property manager offered to call exterminator, but we didn't want spray and mgr said they didn't offer bait stations). Some standard supplies we find at most rentals were absent or very limited (zero salt, pepper, spices, laundry detergent; only one roll of TP, one roll paper towel, one trash bag; no batteries in the TV remotes -- the manager made us drive to them to pick these up!). Zero beach supplies provided. It took us a while to figure out how to work the TV as there were no instructions. The interior decor and woodwork is cute and interior furniture mostly in decent shape. We didn't hate it but have stayed in much nicer places at same price point. This place has potential with serious TLC from owner or mgt. "

"We enjoyed our stay hear. Unfortunately the weather was not very good for our stay but we can't blame anyone but mother nature. The couch could use an upgrade as it wasn't very comfortable. If the weather had been nicer we wouldn't have used it as much. We thought the place was right on the beach. It's only across the street but I thought it was right on. Overall it was a nice place."
