“To start the place is not a cottage just 2 rooms and a bathroom sealed off from the rest of a house. The AC in the main room was a mini split system that was either out of coolant or broken. The bedroom AC was a through window unit that was loud but worked. The lamps in the bedroom were broken. No kitchen just a small kitchenette as advertised. I have stained in several VRBO units for both work and pleasure and this one was not up to the standards I have experienced ”

“The place is exactly like the pictures in the listing. The home was very clean and had plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Although we did not use it, the convenience of having a washer and dryer was an added benefit. Communication with the host was excellent and we had no trouble with the check in process.
