This is one stop that you should not miss. There is a lot of maritime history, lovely detailed ship models, and all kinds of examples of things used aboard ships.

Google maps may take you to wrong place if you don’t search by maritime museum instead of Maine maritime museum. Lots of history, paintings, ship parts and models as well as a recreated lighthouse experience. Several buildings on old ship building and fun area for children to play on grounds.

The breakfast Buffett could have been much better, but happy to get an orange juice and an apple to start the day!
