“Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff……

“Nice property and nice accommodations. But since it’s an older property there are some nuances. Our room smelled like “smoke” but the staff assured me that this was not due to someone smoking in the room but rather something to do with the old wood. Helped me to feel better - but still makes me wonder if there is some other chemical or off-gas issue occurring. Otherwise, this is my favorite location to stay in Brunswick. Close enough to the town, walking trail, and Bowdoin.”
