"Darren was an absolutely amazing host and communicated everything we needed to know prior to arrival. Even when we asked about a pack and play since we were traveling with 3 children under 4, he made sure there was one for us. We were visiting Maine because our son had his Chief pinning aboard his ship at Bath Iron Works. The house was spacious enough for everyone and we had a wonderful time celebrating. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed in early August 2026 in this lovely cottage right on the water. There are kayaks and a small row boat. The rooms are a good size and there is a spare day bed on the first floor to accommodate more people. The bathrooms are basic but functional. The real appeal is the waterfront. The cottage has a good kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and microwave. My family loved the location and it was usually 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the area."

"My family of nine adults had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Plenty of space for everyone to gather or to be by themselves. Hostess was very accommodating. Pool filtration system wasn’t working and when they were unable to repair it during our week-long stay, she refunded my money to heat the pool. Loved the peace and quiet and the location."
