When you check in your staff is not helpful at all. They do not tell you anything. For example, I didn’t know I was being charged $125 deposit per night. No big deal, but when you ask the lady was rude and not friendly. I wasn’t told anything other than here you might want a paper. She did not even tell me what room I was in, what floor, where is the elevator, nothing, but where’s my ID. The food has no taste extremely bland. The employees don’t seem to like their jobs. The valet staff seemed irritated that I didn’t want to use valet. He grabbed my keys from my hand and said you have 15 mins to move it. While he walks off drops my key faub. Luckily I was there to pick it up! Not one single guest services, food service employee spoke to our family except one gentleman who was standing at a podium the day after we checked in. He asked if we were heading out. Everyone else completely ignored us. The highlight of your hotel is your housekeeping staff, they’re amazing! Every single housekeeping person we came into contact with made eye contact with us, spoke to us and said hi, they were so nice, every single one of them!! They deserve a raise for all their hard work, but also the fact that they make a effort! We appreciate all the housekeepers, thank you!
