"I cannot praise the front desk staff enough for their professionalism and care. Our flight was delayed over 4 hours and then rerouted to Dulles (almost an hour away!) which meant we didn't get in until 2 a.m. I called to let the hotel know that we were still coming but didn't know what time we would be there. Not only was a friendly face there waiting but they addressed me by name, offered us water and a smile, and got us checked in straight away. Everyone we met while staying at the Grand Hyatt was professional, courteous, and friendly. Breakfast, while pricey, was absolutely delicious!"

"Great Hotel and location is just perfect (about 5 minutes walk to the National mall and 15 min walk to the Wharf (beautiful waterfront neighborhood with nice dining options) . We left our car at the valet parking and walk to all major destinations. Hotel staff is very friendly, let as check in early waving the fees. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast has good choices (eggs, sausages, potatoes, French toasts, bagels, cereals, fruits, etc). Hotel has gym and pool but since it was a short stay for as we didn’t check them out. Overall- great experience! "
