Good Value For Money!

The facility is nice and the room is clean. The staff can be more friendly. There are no amenities like; breakfast or coffee in the lobby. I am not a fan of coffee in the room.

Muskogee Gem

We had a very nice stay. We were only in the room overnight. Management was very nice. The beds and pillows could be more comfortable, but I’m being picky. Overall we had a great experience and will stay again when in the area.

I cannot imagine any business being this horrible and expecting to stay open. They should shut down or change management as soon as possible.

Needs Updating

The Receptionist was very nice, but the room left a lot to be desired. I know you cant expect a lot at that price point, but there should not be burn holes in the sheets and rips in the blankets.

Looks bad, Smells worse

Staff is nowhere to be found. Have to call to get them to come to the desk. Repairs and maintenance looks like it was done by a high school student for extra change. Room smelled like old socks, air conditioner quit in early morning hours. Woke up dripping with sweat.

No Reservation, No Room

They did not have my reservation although I received a confirmation email from you stating that they did. The email said everything was set, no need for me to call bract the hotel. They were full and even though I had my email from you and a confirmation number, I did not get a room. I was alone and arrived late. I was left to find another hotel on my own. I found one but had to pay a lot more than I would have had they had a room here. Very, very disappointed.

Terrible! America's Bed Bug INN!

Horrible owners who try to nickle and dime you to death and have no set cost for their pet policy. They don't honor Expedia and they are extremely rude. The Male owner told me he would call the police and have me removed at 8pm at night, if I didn't go over to the front desk and pay thirty $ for having my Dog!!!!!! But was no where to be found when I went over to the front desk, he had his rude Wife collect the extortion fee! Shady characters lurk all about as well! I also had to throw away all of my clothes because of the amount of Bed Bugs in the sheets! Do NOT STAY HERE!

Take my advice and book elsewhere.

This hotel was terrible. The phone was broken, there were no towels in the room, there was at least one electric socket that was missing the cover, the beds were extremely worn and uncomfortable, and the smoke detector was missing. We had a smoking room, but there were no ashtrays. The drain for the bathtub was broken so there was just a hole in the bottom of the tub. We had reserved a king size bed and we were put in a room with 2 double beds. I have never experienced anything like this before. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH OUR STAY AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

Cheap is what you get...

I will admit I did book this hotel because of the price, but I wasn't quite sure what I was getting. The driveway is a little hard to find in the dark. We checked in at 10pm since we were just passing through, and I had booked the hotel online 5 hours before. When I got there the woman running the front had to call someone because she had nothing showing that I had a reservation. Then after all that and I got in the room, it looked like there had been recent repairs to a hole in the wall or something. Spackle was on the walls and ceiling, unpainted, with the dust on the floor. The light switch ran the plug (that didn't even have a cover on it) so when you turned off the light, the alarm clock turned off. After the night was over and I went to turn my key in, there continental break fast consisted of what I saw to be two types of cereal and a cupcake holder (like you get from walmart) with what I assume had muffins in it.

The pet fees were excessive, but understandable if the property has had bad experiences. Whatever they use in the rooms for freshener or cleaner was headache inducing. We tried running the fan with the doors and window opened to no avail. The rooms were otherwise clean and the beds were comfortable.

I paid to stay the week of Christmas and after the first night the owner that was not in town insisted that I pay a pet fee and when I didn't move fast enough she insisted that I leave and she kept my money didn't you give me a refund said I stole some towels and some pillows so very inconvenient because I spent the holiday sleeping in my car
