Room was excellent. It had a small couch and small table to have a small snacks. You can use a beitiful local crafted glasses. Easy to go to Nebuta museum, Wa Rasse and ASPAM. Also, near the donwtown area. Walking distance from Aomori station. We loved the staybat this hotel.

This was one spectacular sunset. Located way up on the western coast of the Shimokita Peninsula, Hotokegaura is one spot not to be missed on an exploration of Northern Japan. Massive limestone cliffs and water as far as the eye can see...makes a person feel a bit small. #japan #weekendgetaway #goldenhour #sunset

Awsome island in northern Japan. Plenty of spots along the road to stop at the water. There is a small market area just before the bridge to the island and hermit crabs for kids to chase after.
