Be prepared to pay at least 35 for a parking pass (also NOT disclosed when booking the property), The front office of the 'resort' had been closed for several months, so there was no way to contact anyone with any issues. You passed security at the gate and occasionally on grounds, so you might have a chance to talk to someone if you needed to. The property advertised the ability to sleep 8, but two of the beds were unusable (the description of the bedrooms were not accurate) and the pullout couch was no better than sleeping directly on the floor. The unit was much smaller than the description led you to believe. The locks for the door to go out onto the balcony did not work. There was ONE trash bag, TWO rolls of toilet paper and two dishwasher tablets available for the week, for 7 PEOPLE! Nothing was mentioned about needing to provide these items prior to arrival. The description also made it sound like there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but there was not. You had to go down to the public laundry area and pay to do laundry...4 to wash and dry a single load and the dryer did not fully dry clothes in a single cycle. When I reached out to the property manager, I was told 'There is a Walmart across the road.' and 'There are laundry services down the hall.' VERY disappointed in the accommodations overall and definitely will NOT stay at ANY property maintained/owned by her again, ##### Laura S. Checking in and out is super easy, host is very nice. Parking is a little rough at times but not bad. If you have some bigger kids, the bunk bed wont help as they can't get up in it, but there is a trundle bed. The couch bed is very thin and what you'd expect. The resort is full of activities for everyone, lots of pools and close to the ocean. We could easily walk back to the condo for lunch or grab it at the oceanside restaurant/bar. The apartment was just as prescribed and when we had a bit of miscommunication, Kathy was quick to get back to me and fix the problem. We'll be back ! ##### Shaina S. There is alot there to do with the kids they have a lot of pools you can go to I will be staying there aging in the future. ##### Nichole S. It was very easy to get to, great communication when needed. Beautiful property and all the other ammenties such as the pools, and lazy River were an added bonus with just a short walk to the beach!
