Exterior did not look like the pictures on website. Did not see any sky views. The guy who met us and checked us in was very helpful. Big plus. The airport transport was around 10 minutes drive and cost a whopping 40 EUR. Was ok for a quick 12 hour stay.

It was a great spot to reach all the close historical attractions for Napoli. On the other hand, access is restricted without a 24hr desk in a not so safe narrow street. Apartment was decent but many of the pictures are old and showing pristine new condition. In reality, shower was dirty and door was broken, dining chairs had seats that detach, tv mounts hanging low cause bracket was failing, I could go on…

Great appartment

The apartment was spacious, renovated, clean and very comfortable, with kitchen and air conditioning. Alessandro and the staff were very courteous and prompt with our requests. Convenient hotel shuttle to the airport. Great place to stay in a very busy city.

The property is in the old building but completely renovated. The office/reception is a bit sketchy but staff very polite and helpful. Apartment was spacious, clean, close to good restaurants and coffee shops.

Stay in Naples

Very convenient location with easy access to the train station. The evening clerk was extremely helpful. They will arrange all transportation for you during your stay. The apartment seemed newly renovated and well equipped. Security was excellent.

The property is at a very convenient location. It’s walking distance to restaurants, pastries, shops and metro station. It’s a very clean and secured property. The guys are amazing with providing all kinds of information and scheduling shuttles. We are very pleased with their service.

We booked 2 rooms for one night. The manager could not get the key cards to work and was smoking the entire time in the lobby while we were waiting. Once we got into the rooms we discovered that one of the rooms did not lock so we had to cram into the one room. In that room the windows did not close properly so the noise from outside was unbearable.

The apartment was clean and spacious, is in a good location, 30 minute walk to the port, 15 minute walk to all the vibrant back streets. There’s a well stocked grocery store around the corner. I know that they expect us to relax and not clean up but I think some basic cleaning equipment and toilet brush would be a good idea.

Unsafe neighborhood

I was robbed of my iPhone right in front of the hotel. The street is very dark at night, and the reception keeps its shutters closed at all times. It’s impossible to check in without calling them to find the correct door, leaving a visitor exposed to a snatch and grab. The two thieves on a motorcycle had clearly been following me. The entire neighborhood is dirty and unsafe.

Appears to be very modern and nice, with updates throughout but a/c vents left us working th baggy eyes each morning from dust - we had stayed in 7 different hotels in two weeks, Ann’s this happened only here, and shower door opening is only wide enough for medium build. My alum daughter had to enter sideways, I barely squeezed in sideways. A large man would not be able to get in. Area is a busy street with narrow sidewalks near the location. No housekeeping so max 2 nights would be recommended.

The person to check us in was young and was not able to provide a receipt upon receipt of cash pre-payment. We needed to continually find administration to ask about things like how to throw out trash. Small bathroom and place felt less than clean.

The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff we met were very nice. There was not an actual coffee maker which was a downfall. No blanket on the pull out couch bed,asked for one the first day but the manager could not understand why one was needed, asked again 2nd day and got one. The oddest thing was that we each were only given one bath towel, one hand towel and a towel slightly larger than a hand towel and were told that we would not receive any more towels during our 4 night stay unless we paid $12.00 per set??? There are no perks to staying here.

The property is in a great location, handy for train and airport links but near to the historic centre of Naples. We walked everywhere from there. It is in a residential street so you are in the middle of the local Napolitans, with their washing out on the balconies and scooter mayhem down below. A real experience. Only thing we hadn't fully appreciated is that reception is only manned during office hours so it is important to communicate bu WhatsApp with the manager before you arrive but it didnt give us any issues. There are lots of mini marts down Via Carbonara and a great trattoria/pizzeria a short walk away. We had a great stay
