“What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The living room was large and had enough seating for all of us. The bedrooms each had their own bathrooms, so...

“We were a group in town for a wedding, and the apartment was perfect for us, separate rooms, separate bathrooms plus a communal living/dining/kitchen open space gave us the privacy and together time we wanted. The location is convenient and central, an easy walk to much of the commercial area of downtown Newport. Long flight up if you have heavy bags, but you only have to do it once!”
