“Upstairs neighbor banged on our door at 5:30am and was doing laundry super early. Bedding has stains on it. Pull out sofa was tiny, needed to go buy an air mattress. Would not stay again.”

“The location of this property was fantastic! Walking distance to downtown Newport and all its great shops and restaurants and the beautiful harbor. The property was clean and very spacious. We had four of us staying at the property and there was plenty of room for all of us. “This property has a great location on Thames St., the heart of the action. Very clean, comfortable furniture and beds. good parking, laundry. A few quibbles: one bedroom has a big skylight, so the room gets light very early. Would be nice to have a few more amenities such as soap, shampoo, tissues, a few kitchen staples. I took a walk around the neighborhood and seemed a little unkempt, but felt safe. Didn’t speak with any neighbors. Overall it met our needs. ”
