"Stayed here for a long-weekend event at the RI Convention Center, a very short drive from this VRBO. Ample parking, easy lock-box access, and very clean home.The central AC doesn't really work, which caused some minor inconvenience, make sure that this is discussed with the host prior to booking. "Stay away! Our experience was awful and led to our immediate departure from the property. We checked in and found the assigned condo to be in an unacceptable, uninhabitable condition. The unit was run down, and we discovered significant cleanliness issues including pubic hair on the toilet and in the shower, mold around the shower tub drain and behind a toilet, unclean sinks, and badly stained kitchen chairs. The entire unit had a pervasive, awful damp and musty smell, and the furniture was old...
