"We reserved a room because it was close to the Cal State Chico campus. It was affordable and easy! Loved the free breakfast! The room was great for four people. Although some noise in the night, but overall our stay her was great! Definitely recommend."

They have been very helpful even with my late night check ins. The area is close to downtown and I feel very safe, the parking is well lit and staff is in the office 24hrs, the rooms are very quiet.
