“Unfortunately, we didn't use the gym or hot tub. Maybe next time. Everything was great, we felt very well taken care of. Friendly staff too. Room was very clean and equipped to make our visit comfortable. Thank you very much.”

“Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was).……

“Don't stay here! Room had broken door jam that looked kicked in held by screws. Room smelled like smoke, no smoke detector, floor was damaged, hair dryer didn't work,TV was unplugged, bed sheets had holes. It was all around dump. Lucky only stayed 12 hours could not get out fast enough.”

“Hotel Katerina is a gem in Chico! The staff, the aesthetics, the amenities were all lovely! The rooms were so nice, with little surprises throughout the property. Plus, the location is so easy to navigate with lots of shopping & dining, please easy on-off freeway access. We will be back as this was a favorite stay! ”

“The staff was great. The room was very noisy. Hard to sleep. Heater comes on very loud. Breakfast quality of only fair but ok considering the large number of people who had to be fed and the price of the room.”

“Pristine room with marveous staff. Vanessa helped my extend my stay and I was able to make a seamless transition to my new room. I also highly recommend the Wahlburger's near the VIP area in the casino. Ate there 3 times. Their staff is also fantastic. The burgers are delicious, but don't miss the meatball sub with spicy sauce. Really enjoyed the strawberry milkshakes, too! Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. ”

“Our room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. However, the sound-proofing between floors is poor, so my husband was woken up frequently by the person in the room above us walking around. Also, there was quite a bit of space around the door to the room, causing a lot of light to come through all around the door.”
