“We stayed at Hotel Katerina during Chico Family Weekend with a group of 10, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hospitality truly stood out, everyone made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything throughout the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and helpfulness, which made traveling with a larger group so much easier. The gym was state of the art and pool relaxing……

“This was my first time staying here and I really loved it. The rooms were huge, everything was clean. The on-site restaurants were amazing. I would definitely stay here again if I was visiting in the area.”

“The hotel was very clean. It is in a great location right next to a Dutch Bros, a brewery and Best Buy. The pre-cooked breakfast was not as good as the other times I stayed there. The cinnamon rolls are still great. I would highly recommend this location.”

“Our hotel room had no chairs, otherwise it was great. The beds and linens were fine, and there was a great shower and tub. Clean carpet. No odors. Quiet. Nice, easy, and safe location, with stores, restaurants, and shops within easy walking distance.”

“Ordered the big room with the jacuzzi tub and it was absolutely nasty. Had hair literally everywhere in it I had to scrub the jets myself, ran cleaner through the jets and drained it 3 times and still had hair coming out. Hair in the towels. Room was overall just dirty and nowhere worth the money. They were accommodating for the most part besides calling me 3 weeks later claiming that I took their green blanket. (Wouldn’t want to bring anything home from there with how dirty the room was).……
