Great little spot near good food! Great staff and a cool place to stay! Very sound proof! Tiny bathroom as expected for Italy but the pillows were very comfortable!

The staff was wonderful!!! Front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional - I can't say enough good things. WiFi was okay. Breakfast was okay - would have liked to have fruit cut up or a sharp knife to cut up myself. The oranges were too hard to peel. Location was wonderful - close to taxi stand and busses. Will keep this in my hotel list for anytime traveling to Rome.

Unfortunately, our stay was a very disappointing experience from beginning to end. The property did not meet the standards we expected, and the overall experience was nothing like what was advertised. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed several issues with the property and felt uncomfortable staying there. The condition of the accommodation was disappointing, and there were concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall quality of the room. The property did not feel properly prepared for guests. Communication and customer service were also frustrating. We expected the staff/management to be responsive and helpful when concerns were brought to their attention, but the situation was not handled in a way that made us feel valued as guests. Ultimately, we decided that the best option was to leave and find alternative accommodations rather than continue our stay. For the price we paid, the experience was completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully consider other options before booking. Based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend this property to others.

Nice and helpful hostesses. Cute common seating areas and patio. Clean. Room was darker than pictures on Expedia and was very highly scented which we got used to after a few days. Coffee and fresh croissants were available throughout the day. Locations was good- near shops and restaurants and the Spanish steps, short walk to Trevi fountain.

Great hotel! The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English. The room was enough for me (a solo traveler), but would have been fine for a couple as well. (I got a room with a balcony!) The bathroom was small but with a hot shower with strong water pressure. The morning buffet was excellent as well. Lastly, great location near the Cavour metro stop and the Coliseum. Highly recommend!
