Ático Villa Oasis de Capistrano Nerja - 5 minutos de la playa y el paseo en un sendero en el acueducto hasta la playa de Burriana.




"El ático" en los bellos jardines tropicales Oasis de Capistrano, que cuenta con dos piscinas + una piscina para niños y un restaurante.
Cuatro dormir bien en dos habitaciones separadas con que acaba de instalar y de bajo ruido (verano 2017) Aire acondicionado. Tiene sol todo el día y terraza completamente privada, uno de los pocos que son 100% confidencial. Las vistas panorámicas del mar, las montañas y el campo.
Penthouset ha habitaciones muy bien decoradas y cocina totalmente equipada.
La terraza tiene un montón de muebles de jardín, tumbonas y plantas y flores tropicales.
La playa de Burriana está a 5 minutos en coche o caminar más allá del antiguo acueducto, y el campo circundante a la playa de Burriana en 15 minutos. Hay dos supermercados a poca distancia.

From we walked in the outside door leading firstly to the terrace we were impressed. Two quality sun loungers, two bar stools and table and a dining table and four chairs. The views on each side of the terrace were amazing, both sea and mountains. When we walked into the apartment we were doubly impressed. Everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The little welcome touches of milk, beer etc were most appreciated. The bedding was quality and the beds extremely comfortable. Two comfortable sofas for lounging when we didn’t explore the town. The views from the lounge were incredible both night and day. I couldn’t recommend this enough although maybe not too much as we want to go back and hope it is available. During our 14 day stay the only drawback was the internet stoped working but none of us are technically minded so we were unable to fix it. Highly Recommended

Gorgeous apartment in a reallynice development. Great location. Really enjoyed the outside space on the veranda. Pool in the complex was lovely and clean in a nice green garden. Handy for the beach.

Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Wochen in der Ferienwohnung von Michael verbracht. Die Wohnung ist extrem gut eingerichtet, der Ausblick toll, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Michael absolut nett und problemlos. Ein Parkplatz ist immer zu finden, aber auch ohne PKW ist die Gegend empfehlenswert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fussnähe. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen wieder…

Beautiful Apartment, awesome views, great town

My family as I stayed in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment for 10 days in July. It is really well appointed, and the hosts have thought of everything that might be required. Even a cool box and beach chairs to take to the beach. The place was spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed the terrace and views it had to offer. Communication with Micheal the host was excellent and we were sorry to leave, but will certainly be back.

Nice Appartement

Im Appartement war alles notwendig vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand ist weit, vor allem wenn man seine Liegen, Schirme etc. selbst tragen muß. Wenn sie mit dem Auto kommen, müssen sie sehr früh dran sein denn Parkplätze in Strandnäche sind rar. Vom Appartment aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Einziger Minuspunkt hinter der Anlage ist eine stark befahrene Durchzugsstraße.

Excellent holiday

Property lovely with everything you could need. Best location on the site with beautiful balcony with sun all day. Supermarkets close by. Beach a 10 min walk, pool excellent and historic Nerja 20 min walk or local bus. Michael the host was excellent and answered questions immediately. Five stars and hope to revisit in the future.

Superbe sejour

Un appartement propre, confortable et fonctionnel avec une terrasse magique offrant une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Great property, very well equipped & maintained with fantastic views towards the sea & mountains behind. Lovely spacious terrace bathed in sun all day. We found the beds comfortable & the penthouse is very well appointed. Communication & help from the owner was first class. The delights of Nerja are easily reached on foot or by car. Nerja vacation - 24th September to 8th October 2021

The property was extremely well equipped with modern facilities and a fantastic private terrace with great views and spectacular sunshine from dawn until dusk. Minor criticisms, within the owners control, extend only to a slight discomfort with the mattress (admittedly for our own liking) and the WHITE lounge seating which had marks from previous occupancy (understandable given the colour). Criticiscms, outwith the owners control, occurred on two occasions when the water supply was lost. The first resulted in the toilet sink font spraying water uncontrollably when the supply was reinstated. This may be because of a minerals build up in the tap filter. This should be checked regularly and confirmed to be clean. If we were asked to recommend this property or would we return in the future the answer on both occasions would be an unequivable YES.

Tolle Lage und Ausblick.

Die Wohnung, Ausstattung und Kommunikation insgesamt war prima und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. (Einschränkung: Ein knarrendes Bett war ein Ärgernis)

Magnifique séjour dans un oasis de bonheur !

L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et même plus. On se sentait comme chez nous avec toutes les commodités. Tout était parfait ! Les lits étaient aussi très confortables. Et que dire de la vue autant de l'intérieur que de la magnifique terrasse ... un gros WOW ! Le site est absolument magnifique et d'une propreté irreprochable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour ... que du bon temps nous avons passé. Il est à proximité de deux super marché en plus et près de la magnifique plage de Burriano. Avec notre voiture, nous avons pu visiter les petits villages autours et aller à Grenade avec facilité. Sans hésitation, je vous recommande ce magnifique appartement. Juste vous assurer d'avoir le numéro du code de la boîte à la porte pour récupérer les clés de l'appartement. De gentilles personnes demeurant sur le site ont réussi à nous obtenir le code afin que l'on puisse entrer. Une bouteille de champagne, du fromage et du pain nous attendaient ... quelle belle attention très appréciée surtout après plusieurs heures de vol ! Merci aux hôtes... une belle famille qu'on aurait aimé rencontrer ! 😘

BEST VILLA

This villa has the best views both inside and outside, the outside terrace is large and well equipped. Very quiet air conditioning the lounge is very comfortable with a good selection of tv channels. All kitchen appliances work very well and you have enough utensils , crockery and glasses for every situation. I highly recommend staying here.
